This training program is designed to provide you with extensive product knowledge information in regards to companion pets. Even if your store does not sell a particular companion animal, your customers expect you to be able to discuss their pets’ care knowledgably. They want detailed product information, including features and benefits, how it is used and/or how it needs to be installed. Most importantly, they want your help solving their particular problem.
