Enhance profitability with practical instruction in retail operations. Store owners receive FREE access to valuable business resources through Pet Store Pro.

We’ve partnered with The Retail Owners Institute (ROI), an online provider of financial tools and information to help you manage your books, inventory and cash flow. The ROI’s financial tools — a $299 annual value — are available FREE through Pet Store Pro.

Step 1. Register as an owner.

To access Pet Store Pro’s Owner Resources:

  • Click Owner Registration at the top of the screen.
  • Complete the requested registration information and click Submit.
  • Log in as an owner using the user name and password you created for the registration form.

NOTE: If you are already registered as a training manager, you can skip this step and log in using your trainer name and password.

  • On the home page, click Login the top of the screen.
  • Click Owner, then log in using your trainer user name and password.

Step 2. Access The ROI’s “Members Only” content.

The Owner Resources landing page is your entryway to free use of The ROI’s web site, including members-only privileges that normally require a subscription.

  • Log in to the Owner Resources area.
  • Obtain the user name and password to access The ROI's web site as a registered Pet Store Pro user.
  • Click the link to go to The ROI's login page and enter the user name and password provided on the previous page.
  • Click Login for unlimited free access to retail calculators, how-to articles, a tutorial on retail finance basics and more.

Step 3. Explore additional resources.

The Owner Resources page also contains direct links to other useful retail tools. Simply click on the name of the resource you need to help improve your business.
